1. Refund Policy We do not offer refunds once the service has been delivered or completed. Refunds will only be considered under the following limited conditions:

  • The service/product was not delivered as described.

  • Technical error on our part caused complete service failure.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase and before service delivery.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellations made after service initiation or delivery are not eligible for a refund.

3. Processing Refunds
